Certificat ASTM2~C5 conforms to ASTM D7423 Standard Test Method for Determination of Oxygenates in C2, C3, C4, and C5 Hydrocarbon Matrices by Gas Chromatography and Flame Ionization Detection. A gas Chromatograph determines the quantities of oxygenates in light hydrocarbon streams like ethene, propene, 1-3 butadiene, C4 hydrocarbons, and C5 hydrocarbons. Oxygenates, like alcohols, ethers, aldehydes and ketones, contained in these hydrocarbon streams may contribute to the loss of catalyst activity in the later polymerization processes.

  3. The PC can be used to set flow rate, pressure, temperature and detector parameters (Function depends on the exact model).

  4. Logarithmic amplifier, no flat solvent peak.

  5. Display screen real-time spectrum, also able to display the three-channel spectrum simultaneously.

  6. Automatic ignition of FID and FPD.

  7. 8 channels temperature control, if any channel overtemperature, the system will stop heating and alarm automatically.

  8. Program heating: 8 steps, should be capable of doing infinite steps heating by programming.

  9. Any flow rate can be shown on the screen, the pointer pressure gauge is no longer necessary.

  10. Minimum of 3 detectors or signal acquisition simultaneously.

  11. Hydrogen leak protection and carrier gas saving mode: After the sample injection, the tester will automatically switch into low-split mode, which significantly decreases the use of carrier gas and operating cost.

  12. It is only the one cable that can control the tester and the data signal output.

  13. Developed EPC system, up to 12 channel electric flow control modules can be installed.

  14. Via the workstation you can set the related parameters.

  15. Two-way communication between the screen and counter control workstation.
